Carl began his finance career in 1989 at the Commonwealth Bank where he succeeded in various roles, working his way up the corporate ladder. In 2003 Carl left the bank to become Finance Manager for a small financial planning firm and, for the next five or so years, further developed his skills and became a well-regarded and respected broker within the finance industry. With 20 odd years of experience behind him, in early 2008 Carl decided to go out on his own, to develop a new brand of client-focused financial service provider. And so cmk Financial Solutions was born. Carl is accredited with all the major banks along with a selection of building societies and a number of other lenders. He is also an active member of both the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Industry Association of Australia) and COSL (Credit Ombudsman Services LTD), the industry bodies of the finance industry.

Client Relationship Manager

Lee began her finance career in 2001 as a mortgage broker. After taking a little time out in 2004 to have her daughter, she returned to the finance industry as Client Relationship Manager for a mortgage broker and in 2006 joined Carl as his Client Relationship Manager. Since then, Lee has continued to work with Carl, moving across to cmk Financial Solutions with him in 2008. Lee is a qualified broker and trainer and is currently studying a certificate III in Human Resource Management. As Client Relationship Manager, Lee will take your application from lodgment through to settlement and will also assist with any enquiries you have regarding your loan.
